Leasing Agent (Part-Time)
The Leasing Agent provides excellent customer service to current and prospective residents while supporting the leasing team with administrative, marketing, and office operations. Responsibilities include responding to leasing inquiries, scheduling property showings, managing leads in Entrata, answering phones and emails, assisting with resident events, maintaining organized records, supporting move-in/move-out processes, and helping with campus marketing efforts. The role also involves addressing resident concerns, maintaining property appearance, and assisting management with special projects.
Qualifications:
- Available to work approximately 20 hours per week, including some Saturdays
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
- Property management, student housing, or Entrata experience preferred but not required.
Key Duties:
- Respond to leasing emails, phone calls, and online inquiries within 24 hours
- Enter and manage leads, applicants, and resident communications.
- Schedule property showings and provide community tours
- Greet office visitors and assist residents and prospective tenants
- Support move-in/move-out processes and annual unit turnover
- Maintain organized records and assist with lease documentation and fee collection
- Address resident concerns and direct maintenance, utility, and payment inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Assist with resident events, marketing campaigns, social media, and campus outreach
- Help monitor property appearance and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
