As a Software Engineer, you won’t just write code, but you’ll solve real-world problems, influence product direction, and collaborate with experts around the globe. Compensation: $85/hr
Availability: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. This job will be on-site 4 days/week in Westminster, CO.
Job Duties:
- Lead and contribute to the design of innovative functional solutions by translating product and marketing requirements into actionable technical plans.
- Build, test, and maintain high-quality software using modern C# .NET technologies.
- Collaborate globally with distributed hardware and software teams to build cohesive end-to-end solutions.
- Integrate advanced components such as GNSS, optical survey tools, 3D scanning, CAD, GIS, and photogrammetry into robust software applications.
- Drive Agile development practices—participate in sprints, reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Other duties as needed/assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent professional experience demonstrating strong engineering fundamentals and technical depth.
- 5 years of professional software development experience, with substantial contributions as a mid or senior engineer.
- Deep hands-on expertise with C# .NET development.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset, comfortable working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and guide both peers and cross-functional partners.
- Bonus experience in:
- Optical survey, GNSS, GIS, CAD, Civil Engineering, 3D scanning, or photogrammetry
- Strong mathematical foundations
- Writing, consuming, and deploying web services
