What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at Campus Shop?
We are seeking an Assistant Manager for the Campus Shop. Responsibilities include scheduling, hiring and training new employees, merchandising and making sure customers receive excellent customer service.
Applicants should have previous retail experience, be able to lead a sales team and have weekend availibility.
The Campus Shop offers the largest selection of William & Mary gifts and apparel. We are a fourth generation family owned business and serve students, locals, alumni and tourists. The Campus Shop is a part of Williamsburg Merchants which operates six retail stores in Williamsburg, VA.
