Campus School of Smith College Elementary School K- 6PRIMARY FUNCTION(S): In the absence of the school nurse the substitute nurse will follow the Campus School health office policy and protocols.including: Respond to and record student illness, medical needs and injuries as they occur during the school day.Administer restricted medication to studentsCommunicate with parents regarding illnesses, or injury to students.Conduct lice checks and follow-up as needed per campus school protocolMinimum Qualifications: RN licensure, two year nursing experience that includes working with elementary age children.CompensationPay for this role is typically between $35-$37 hourly. Actual compensation will vary based on individual qualifications.
