Role Description The Sales Employee role at Campus Cribs is a full-time, hybrid position based in Greenville, NC, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, you will engage prospective renters, respond to inquiries, conduct property tours (virtual and in-person), and guide applicants through the leasing process. You will maintain accurate records of leads and conversions, follow up consistently, and build strong relationships with students, families, and property owners. Daily tasks include updating listings, coordinating with operations and marketing teams, and meeting individual and team sales targets. You will also participate in community and campus events to promote Campus Cribs and gather feedback to improve the renter experience.
