Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional targets and expand market share.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients through effective account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking within the territory.
- Conduct sales presentations to close deals efficiently.
- Provide ongoing training and leadership to inside and outside sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a focus on vocational schools, nursing schools, community colleges, especially in nursing or allied health.
- Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and direct sales initiatives.
- Exceptional customer service abilities to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to conduct sales presentations confidently.
