Role Description

This is an independent (bonus and commission-only) remote role with high-residual an autonomy for an Account Executive based in one of several regions throughout Tennessee. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing relationships with existing customers, and creating sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. They will also train and support team members, build and maintain excellent customer service practices, and serve as a key representative of Campus Clinicals when engaging with partner institutions and clients in their territory.

Qualifications

  • Candidates with experience and relationships selling to colleges, vocational schools and nursing programs will be prioritized
  • Knowledge or experience in the healthcare or education industry is a plus
  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management with an ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Proficiency in Training to support and mentor team members
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships effectively
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
