Job Description:

Campus Billiards Craft Beer & Sports Bar is looking for a reliable, experienced Bartender to join our team on a permanent basis working every Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday nights.

You’ll be behind the bar in our fast-paced environment, serving a lively crowd with craft beers, cocktails, shots, and great service. As a plus, we’d love someone outgoing who’s comfortable on camera and can help create short, fun TikTok videos and occasional live streams to showcase the bar’s energetic vibe and bring in more customers.

This is first and foremost a bartending position — solid experience in high-volume settings is the #1 requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

Bartending (Main Focus):

• Deliver fast, friendly, and outgoing service in a busy bar/sports bar setting

• Mix and serve craft beers, cocktails, shots, wine, hard cider, and food

• Handle bar prep, keg changes (must be able to lift and move kegs), and closing duties

• Keep things efficient and positive during high-volume nights

Social Media :

• Create short, high-energy TikTok videos during or after shifts (trends, drink specials, behind-the-scenes, pool table action, event hype)

• Go LIVE for short segments on TikTok/Instagram to engage viewers and promote the bar in real time

• Appear comfortably on camera and help turn online views into real foot traffic

Schedule:

• Every Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday: 7:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Requirements:

• Must be 22

• Strong bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume bar, nightclub, or restaurant (this is essential)

• Reliable and punctual — consistent attendance on all scheduled nights is non-negotiable

• Physically able to stand for full shifts, lift kegs, and handle a busy environment

• Outgoing personality and team-player attitude

• Comfortable being on camera (a big plus — please share any TikTok or video examples)

• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen (illegal drugs)

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience creating short-form social content or growing engagement on TikTok/Instagram
