Responsibilities
The Porter reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property.
- Maintain cleanliness of the common areas, hallways, and restrooms
- Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collection
- Assist with furniture placement in the common areas and individual units
- Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather
- Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor
- Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions efficiently
