Under general supervision, assists in the coordination of all aspects of project delivery and Campos EPC operations. Specifically helps coordinate the activities of the Program Manager, Project Managers, Senior Engineers, and other members of project teams to ensure efficient project delivery, reduce redundancy, and facilitate timely communications between project stakeholders. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of integrity, urgency, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and reports.
- Support project managers in tracking deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, various stakeholders, and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform tasks with urgency while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Follow directions from supervisors while taking initiative to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Assist with project close-out documentation, job packages, and final reporting.
- Continuously seek opportunities to learn new skills, enhance efficiency, and contribute to project success.
- Assist Program and Project Managers in coordinating strategic and operational meetings and follow up with meeting notes.
- Schedule project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- 1-3 years’ experience in a coordinator or administrative role, preferably within utilities
- BS or B.A. or equivalent business certification, training, or documented/demonstrated work
