Summary:
Manage control panel production projects from kickoff to delivery. Serve as the main link between customers, engineering, procurement, and production to ensure projects meet schedule, scope, budget, and quality targets.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute control panel projects, including schedules and resource needs.
- Maintain project reporting, financial tracking, and invoicing in Deltek.
- Act as primary customer contact; provide updates and manage expectations.
- Coordinate with engineering and production to resolve issues and keep work on track.
- Ensure documentation and drawings meet standards (e.g., UL508A).
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and identify efficiency opportunities..
- Identify risks, manage schedules, and support on‑time delivery.
- Provide clear status updates and maintain accurate project records.
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Technical Degree required.
- 2–5 years of project management or coordination experience.
- Basic knowledge of industry codes (ASME/ANSI/API/NFPA/CSA) preferred.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
