Responsibilities:
- Handles customer service inbound and outbound telephone calls in a friendly and courteous manner. Works with customers daily to sustain and improve business relationships.
- Assists General Manager in managing customer growth and retention activities by serving as liaison between customer and Service Center to ensure customer needs are being met.
- Ensure all customer concerns are handled professionally, following up to confirm customer satisfaction.
- Participates in outbound calling campaigns to retain existing customers and regain lost customers.
- Participates in outbound efforts to collect balances on past due customers.
- Assists in the delivery and service process by addressing and correcting routing exceptions.
- Provides general administrative support by assisting in drafting and communication of internal coordination documentation, processes/procedures, customer retention activities, reports, general filing, daily route paperwork, scanning of documents and working within customer accounts to ensure accuracy of forecasting and billing.
- Depending on location may assist with accounts payable processing and other office functions.
Minimum Education:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent training and experience.
Minimum Work Experience:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and be a solid partner
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages open communication and collaboration
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management, both internally and externally
- Ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
Pay- $20- $21 per hour, depending on experience
