You will play a key role in shaping architecture, mentoring developers, and driving best practices across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of web applications and APIs.
- Drive the transition of legacy systems to modern architectures, including microservices.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control, and deployment best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
- Strong Full stack Development experience, leaning heavily on Back end services. (Node, Java)
- Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
- Solid understanding of integration patterns and design principles.
- Experience with GIT or other version-control systems.
- Experience with Azure cloud services.
- Experience with Harness pipeline.
- Familiarity with any assist tools.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes (k8s) for container orchestration.
- Knowledge of deployment and caching strategies.
- Experience with Marigold or other Loyalty solutions.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage project delivery.
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business requirements.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
