Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and Maintenance Worker/Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetics and functionality of our outdoor spaces. The Groundskeeper will work with various tools and equipment to ensure that all areas are well-kept and thriving.
This is NOT a workamper job.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various gardening tasks, including planting, weeding, and pruning.
- Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify maintenance needs or potential issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all gardening equipment and tools.
- Support Property maintenance tasks including pool, facility and amenity upkeep.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Skills
- Proficiency in minor plumbing and electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of lawn care, gardening, and horticulture principles.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
