Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions and returns.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining merchandise displays to ensure an attractive store layout.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment, including checkout area.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and retail math calculations.
