Campers Inn RV is looking for a Customer Care Specialist. This role is responsible for providing an excellent first impression of Campers Inn by achieving and sustaining a high level of hospitality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.

- Greeting and assisting all service and Crown Club customers in a professional and timely manner
- Answering and routing incoming calls efficiently
- Taking accurate messages for advisors and ensuring timely communication
- Assisting with service scheduling as needed
- Directing customers to proper departments or manufacturer customer care when applicable
- Processing payments and accurately closing work orders upon receipt of funds
- Maintaining proper documentation and transaction accuracy
- Supporting overall service department communication and flow
- Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- License & Certifications:
- Experience:
- A minimum of one year experience preferred.
- Experience in RV or automotive dealership environment is preferred.
- Abilities:
- Exceptional interpersonal and telephone skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Professional personal presentation
- Customer service oriented
- Information management
- Organizing and planning
- Attention to detail
- Reliability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite office
- Knowledge or ability to learn company system applications, such as Systems2K and other applicable software
- Ability to bed or sit for long periods of time
- Ability to be able to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Ability to continuously engage in visual activities, such as use of computer, files, and reports
