About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales operations to achieve revenue, unit, and margin goals.

• Analyze performance data and market trends to maximize available income (AI) and market share.

• Manage inventory strategy, including aging units, trade-ins, ACVs, and manufacturer partnerships.

• Coach General Managers and Sales Managers to ensure adherence to the Campers Inn sales process and 80/20 principles.

• Foster an engaged, accountable sales culture focused on performance, growth, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5 years of dealership or retail leadership experience; RV, marine, or automotive industry preferred.

• Proven success leading multi-location sales operations and achieving profit goals.

• Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills.
