Receptionist

Campers Inn RV is looking for a Receptionist at our Lazydays location! This role is responsible for providing an excellent first impression of Campers Inn by achieving and sustaining a high level of hospitality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.

Essential Job Functions

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. 

• Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable
• Greets and directs visitors to the company
• Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
• Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information
• Keeps customer lounge and reception areas clean and ensure refreshments are available
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)   
• Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies  
• Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating, keeping customers area(s) clean and organized.
• Any other duties as needed by management

Qualifications

• Education: 
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• License & Certifications:
• Experience: 
  1. A minimum of one year experience preferred. 
  2. Experience in RV or automotive dealership environment is preferred.
• Abilities:              
  1. Exceptional interpersonal and telephone skills
  2. Effective verbal and written communication skills
  3. Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
  4. Professional personal presentation    
  5. Customer service oriented  
  6. Information management
  7. Organizing and planning
  8. Attention to detail
  9. Reliability
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite office
  11. Knowledge or ability to learn company system applications, such as Systems2K and other applicable software
  12. Ability to bed or sit for long periods of time
  13. Ability to be able to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  14. Ability to continuously engage in visual activities, such as use of computer, files, and reports
