Campers Inn RV is looking for an Administrative Coordinator for the RV Buying Department. This role is responsible for coordinating the administrative activities of RVs purchased and keeping track of the status of those purchases as well as assisting with unit title work. This role is fully in-office, based in our Corporate office in Jacksonville, FL.

Essential Job Functions

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. 

  • The central resource for all administrative processes and communication to both internal departments and customers for the RV Buying Department purchases 
  • Assist with the logging of inventory
  • Communicating with customers regarding the sale of their RV 
  • Any other department duties that may be needed 

Qualifications

  • Education: 
    1. High school diploma or GED
  • License & Certifications:
    1. NA
  • Experience:
    1. Minimum of one year administrative experience preferred, Auto or RV title work experience is preferred
  • Abilities: 
    1. Organization and process management skills
    2. Computer, Microsoft Office, and Adobe product proficiency  
    3. Knowledgeable regarding recreational vehicles and travel trailers 
    4. Excellent analytical skills with the capabilities to be flexible and work with people 
    5. Detail oriented ability to follow the detailed process of a purchase or sale
    6. Knowledge or ability to learn company systems software such as Motility Systems2k as well as other applicable software

Salary : $36,500 - $39,500
