Campco Federal Credit Union is seeking a friendly and professional Part-Time First Impressions Representative to be the welcoming face of our branch. This role is responsible for greeting members, assisting with lobby flow, and directing members to the appropriate team member based on their needs. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, provides excellent customer service, and helps create a positive and efficient member experience from the moment someone walks through the door.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome members promptly in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all members entering the lobby.
- Assess member needs and direct them to the appropriate credit union representative or service area.
- Maintain the order in which members arrive to ensure fair and timely service.
- Communicate wait times clearly and professionally.
- Ensure the First Impressions desk and lobby area are clean, organized, and properly stocked with forms, supplies, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Assist with basic member inquiries when appropriate and within assigned authority.
- Support overall branch flow during peak traffic periods.
- Follow all credit union policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
Experience, Competencies, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or front-desk experience preferred.
- Cash-handling experience is a plus but not required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
