This position serves as the Office Manager for the Center for Faith and Ministry, overseeing daily operations and managing logistics for undergraduate internship placement. Key responsibilities include building church connections, forming partnerships with churches for placement, and planning/executing a yearly conference with support from other staff members. Additional duties will be assigned upon hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including student worker scheduling and WorkDay management.
- Communicate with Faith Partners and constituents through Constant Contact.
- Plan and execute a yearly conference for church leaders.
- C coordinate internship placement with partner churches.
- Collaborate with Buckner International for missions trips.
- Coordinate with CU departments and students for Missions Week, CU Serve Day, and other initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Ministry and missions experience necessary.
- Strong initiative, self-motivation, and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility and understanding of church dynamics.
- Effective communication skills across diverse cultures.
