Electrical Service Technician

Position Description:

The Electrical Service Technician will have many responsibilities at Campbells that includes, not not limited to:

· Provide professional, high quality Electrical service for residential and commercial customers.

· Form and foster long-term customer relationships

· Execute and provide input into the Service strategy.

· Train and develop employees.

· Understand and achieve sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

· Work with service dispatchers and the Campbells management team to maximize efficiency.

You will have a dedicated service dispatcher who schedules work, manages accounts receivable, and prepares daily work orders. This person needs to be eager to learn, an able problem solver, and set high expectations for himself/herself and for others. This position will report directly to the Service Division manager and is a career position with opportunity for vertical career growth and advancement.

Benefits:
Hourly position profit-based commission starting at $70k with $110k potential for high performing individuals. $80k per year is a very achievable salary, and so is $110k for highly effective technicians
