Pay rate: $17.13 tips
Position type: Variable hours – health benefits after 1 year and 1456 hours worked.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 16 years old.
- Ability to take direction and contribute to a team atmosphere.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to accurately handle and balance cash and credit transactions.
- Good listening, verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to provide quick service and maintain composure under stress.
- Enthusiastic about serving the public with a consistent positive attitude.
- Good grooming and personal hygiene, wear appropriate attire as designated.
- Self-motivated: can find work to do without constant supervision.
- A current Washington State Food-handlers Card is required within 14 days of hire.
Physical Requirements:
- Must have the ability to become proficient at tray service.
- Must be able to stand and walk for periods of 6 to 8 hours per shift.
- Must be able to reach, bend, balance and carry various objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
- Must be able to go up and down a full flight of stairs.
- Must be able to maneuver in tight spaces with multiple team members.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to Greet and seat guests with a positive welcoming manner
- Maintaining flow of service.
- Be aware of special requests and seat guests according to availability.
- Make a detailed and organized wait list when needed and accurately quote wait times.
- Clean and re-set tables as guests leave and seat tables with a sense of urgency.
- Be pleasant, friendly, courteous and sensitive to guests always.
- Be knowledgeable about Campbell's services and history and Lake Chelan recreational opportunities to answer guests’ questions.
- Be aware of resort activities and reservations.
- Act as a team member: show enthusiasm, help other wait staff, and watch the entire dining room to do what is needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of the menu and featured items.
- Take reservations over the phone, online platform, or in person
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- knowledge of food and beverage health and safety Guidelines.
- Open availability during summer months June-September

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a seasonal position with room to grow within the company, expected work hours are based on seasonal volume, business demand, and hours of operation. Requires full open availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be flexible and willing to adapt schedule to meet business demands.
