Campbell Teague is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support their Legal Project Managers and Operations Team and ensure the smooth execution of legal matters and projects. This role combines traditional secretary responsibilities with project coordination duties, making it ideal for someone who excels in administrative tasks while contributing to overall project success. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for client intake, office admin duties, and providing essential support to the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to Project Managers and the Operations team, including managing calendars, answering phones, and preparing reports and documentation as needed.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between Project Managers and clients. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle routine office tasks such as mail filing, data entry, vendor relations, and managing office supplies. Support the team with logistical arrangements for project-related events.
- Problem-Solving: Address any administrative or coordination issues that arise, providing solutions and escalating concerns as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Experience: This is an entry-level position. Experience in an administrative or coordination role preferred.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
