Campbell Supply Co. is seeking an ambitious, hardworking leader to serve as the Waterloo Branch Manager. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the Waterloo branch, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong team performance, and continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all daily sales and warehouse operations of the branch
- Lead, train, recruit, and evaluate branch employees
- Demonstrate excellence in business-to-business sales
- Respond to customer needs in alignment with company standards, values, and business practices
- Conduct ongoing profitability assessments and implement value-added solutions
- Ensure achievement of branch sales and profit goals
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned
- Analyze area potential and develop annual growth and development goals
- Oversee inventory management
Qualifications
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and urgency
- Ability to learn and adapt to multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Positive, can-do attitude with effective problem-solving abilities and a customer-service mindset
- Ability to quickly assess and resolve issues
- Associate degree in business/marketing or equivalent industry experience; knowledge of the local market preferred
- At least 3 years of practical sales experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license that meets company driving requirements
- Demonstrated alignment with Company values: Innovation, Teamwork, Ambition, Integrity
- Prior managerial experience and product knowledge are a plus
- Reports to CEO, CFO, and Sales/Marketing/Purchasing Managers
Pay: $52,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
