Service Advisor Duties:
- Greet customers upon arrival and review warranty details and open repair orders.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle complaints and service requests.
- Open repair orders and maintain proactive communication with customers regarding repair status and recommendations.
- Assist supervisors with estimates while ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds with customers to ensure transparency and build trust.
- Document warranty information, recalls, and OEM service campaigns accurately and completely.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth transitions between shifts and pending work.
- Follow company procedures for payment collection and vehicle release.
- Participate in required training programs to maintain and improve product and service knowledge.
- Support departmental operations by completing additional duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical repair information, service bulletins, and manufacturer documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management software.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced service environment.
