Campbell Supply is seeking a dynamic person to serve our customers and co workers In this sales role at CSC Iowa Falls You will assist customers with their inquiries, promote our products and ensure that the sales floor is well-stocked, clean and organized. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide a positive customer experience will be key to your success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs at the sales counter.
- Provide product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and manage cash handling procedures.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales counter to enhance customer experience.
- Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Sales order process; entry, confirmation, quoting, etc
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless sales process and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and reporting low stock levels.
- Stock, clean and merchandise the Iowa Falls showroom
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and engage customers in conversation about products.
- Experience with in Construction process, maintenance or like field preferred
