What You’ll Do
As an LPN/RN, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and attention overnight. Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct nursing care and medication administration
- Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes
- Supporting CNAs and nursing staff throughout the shift
- Ensuring residents are safe, comfortable, and cared for
- Collaborating with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
- Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Iowa
- CPR Certification
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused attitude
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Someone who wants to make a difference and be part of a positive culture

Qualifications:Education & Experience Requirements:
- Education:
- Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- Licensure & Certifications:
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or must be obtained upon hire).
- Additional certifications (e.g., wound care, IV therapy) may be required or preferred depending on specific duties.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a nursing role, preferably in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric care settings.
- Experience in supervisory roles and leadership is a plus.
