What You’ll Do

As an LPN/RN, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and attention overnight. Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct nursing care and medication administration
• Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes
• Supporting CNAs and nursing staff throughout the shift
• Ensuring residents are safe, comfortable, and cared for
• Collaborating with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Iowa
• CPR Certification
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused attitude
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Someone who wants to make a difference and be part of a positive culture

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Education:
  • Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Licensure & Certifications:
  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or must be obtained upon hire).
  • Additional certifications (e.g., wound care, IV therapy) may be required or preferred depending on specific duties.
• Experience:
  • Previous experience in a nursing role, preferably in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric care settings.
  • Experience in supervisory roles and leadership is a plus.
