The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the property, equipment, and facilities remain in excellent condition. Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and common areas.
Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical issues.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests, work orders, and emergencies.
Maintain grounds and common areas, including lighting, landscaping, and waste management.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and company policies.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inventory, and equipment records.
Assist with move-in and move-out inspections and repairs.
Support capital improvement projects and renovations as assigned.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors when outside services are required.
Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism when interacting with residents and staff.
