Maintenance

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the property, equipment, and facilities remain in excellent condition. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to residents, staff, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and common areas.
  

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical issues.
  

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, work orders, and emergencies.
  

• Maintain grounds and common areas, including lighting, landscaping, and waste management.
  

• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and company policies.
  

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inventory, and equipment records.
  

• Assist with move-in and move-out inspections and repairs.
  

• Support capital improvement projects and renovations as assigned.
  

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when outside services are required.
  

• Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism when interacting with residents and staff.
