The Front Desk Associate serves as the primary point of
contact for residents, guests, vendors, and prospective homeowners in a luxury
high-rise community. This role supports the HOA and acts as an assistant to the
Property Manager by delivering a high standard of customer service, supporting
daily building operations, managing resident communications, handling
deliveries, and ensuring community policies are upheld with professionalism and
discretion. The position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, attention
to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a
polished, service-driven environment while serving as an extension of the
Property Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a warm, professional, and polished welcome to
residents, guests, and vendors at all times.
• Act as an assistant to the Property Manager by supporting daily
administrative, operational, and communication needs.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing deliveries, packages, and shipments,
including logging, secure storage, resident notification, and coordination with
vendors and carriers.
• Communicate clearly, courteously, and professionally with residents regarding
packages, building notices, maintenance updates, amenity availability, and
general community information.
• Assist with the distribution of official HOA communications, notices, and
correspondence as directed by the Property Manager or management team.
• Provide accurate information regarding building amenities, services, events,
policies, and procedures.
• Assist residents with general inquiries, service requests, amenity
reservations, and room rentals.
• Maintain visitor logs, issue guest passes, and monitor building access in
accordance with security protocols.
• Answer phone calls, route messages, and respond to emails in a timely,
professional, and discreet manner.
• Update and maintain resident records, contact information, access
credentials, and internal databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate vendor check-ins and deliveries, ensuring compliance with building
rules and approved schedules.
• Monitor security cameras, access points, and common areas to support safety,
security, and policy compliance.
• Observe and report maintenance issues, rule violations, delivery concerns, or
operational matters to the Property Manager or appropriate departments.
• Ensure amenity areas such as the pool, fitness center, and common spaces
comply with posted rules, capacity limits, and cleanliness standards.
• Enforce HOA rules and guidelines in a courteous, consistent, and
service-oriented manner appropriate for a luxury environment.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for HOA meetings, board
meetings, community events, and private functions.
• Assist with preparing meeting materials, sign-in sheets, agendas, and
resident communications.
• Serve as a knowledgeable, professional, and approachable resource for
residents regarding building operations, community standards, and daily
procedures.
Full-Time Mon-Fri 7am-3pm
Pay Rate: $18-$20 DOE
