What are the responsibilities and job description for the EXP LICENSED Property Manager position at Campbell Property Management?
The General Manager will
oversee all aspects of condominium operations, including:
- Leading a
team of 3 plus maintenance, security, housekeeping and valet.
- Managing
day-to-day operations, finances, maintenance, and vendor relations.
- Ensuring
compliance with governing documents, laws, and regulations.
- Guiding and
supporting the Board of Directors in achieving their goals for the
community.
- Balancing
differing viewpoints among board members with diplomacy, patience, and
professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the
property’s 50-Year Recertification process, including major projects such
as the garage, pool deck, interior hallways, entertainment room, and
parking restructuring.
- Serve as
both administrator and mediator — requiring a “hands-on” management style
and the ability to navigate complex board dynamics.
- Maintain
strong relationships with residents, staff, vendors, and contractors while
ensuring smooth, efficient operations.
Ideal Candidate:

in condominium/HOA management (CAM license preferred).
- Strong

Full-Time
Compensation: $95K-$105K DOE
