The Activities Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and
managing community events and activities, ensuring a vibrant and engaging
environment for all members. This role requires excellent organizational and
communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work flexible
hours based on event schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and manage
email communications with community members, addressing inquiries and providing
information about upcoming events and activities.
- Regularly update and maintain the
community website with current event information, announcements, and other
relevant content.
- Book and coordinate events at the
clubhouse, including scheduling, logistics, and vendor management.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of events,
ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are in place and the venue is
returned to its original condition post-event.
- Help organize and facilitate work parties,
collaborating with volunteers and staff to ensure successful execution.
