What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same here—and that’s the fun part.
You’ll be:
- The friendly face residents trust—handling questions, concerns, and everything in between
- Keeping things organized with accurate files and documentation
- Giving tours to future residents and helping them find their perfect home
- Training and supporting leasing agents to help them succeed
- Motivating the team and helping drive performance goals
- Creating a positive, welcoming community for residents
- Assisting with move-ins and move-outs (and making them seamless!)
- Jumping in to support other properties when needed (think mini leadership moments!)
- Helping keep properties looking their best
You don’t need to check every box—but this role is perfect if you:
- Communicate clearly and professionally (and actually enjoy talking to people)
- Can multitask without breaking a sweat
- Are self-motivated, reliable, and bring positive energy
- Have flexible availability (including some weekends)
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Have property management experience (a plus, not required!)
- Have used Yardi—or are excited to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of customer service experience
