Key Responsibilities:
- Fold and clean drop cloths
- Load/unload work vans
- Clean brushes and equipment
- Apply surface protection (plastic, paper, etc.)
- Maintain personal tools in good condition
- Tape trim with precision
- Identify and prep surfaces: ceilings, walls, and trim
- Arrive on time and prepared
- Follow company policies and wear appropriate attire
- Participate in trainings and team meetings
- Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork
- Accept constructive feedback
- Perform basic tasks:
- Caulking, sanding, scraping
- Brush and roll application
- Masking
- Job site setup and cleanup
Painter
Pay Range: $19–$21/hour

- Perform detailed hand sanding and scraping
- Properly move and position ladders
- Remove and reapply caulk
- Care for and use company-owned tools
- Brush and roll ceilings, walls, and trim
- Paint doors, door/window frames
- Understand basic paint products and their uses
- Assist with:
- Cabinet prep
- Wallpaper removal
- Spackling and patching
- Power washing
- Cut clean lines and apply tape sharply
- Independently prep for interior/exterior painting
- Stain decks and conduct basic drywall repairs
Lead Painter
Pay Range: $22–$25/hour
Ideal for: Advanced painters ready to lead projects and mentor others.
Key Responsibilities (In addition to Painter tasks):
- Run job sites in the absence of a crew leader
- Expert knowledge of:
- Patches, paints, primers, sundries
- Spray techniques and equipment
- Power washer setup and operation
- Order paint and materials accurately
- Cut and roll with speed and precision
- Set up, operate, and clean spray equipment
- Perform complex drywall patching and repair
- Identify standard home repair needs
- Guide and train apprentices and junior painters
- Begin staining and finishing wood surfaces
- Uphold and model high-quality standards in every task
