Lead Generation Coordinator
Wholesales Division
Location: Delco, North Carolina Office
Reports to: VP of Sales Operations
Overview
The Leads Generation Coordinator role is responsible for finding, prospecting, and initiating leads for our Short Truck Fuel, Lubricants, Aviation, Dealer, and Propane divisions. This position will work directly with our New Business Development Managers, Marketing Coordinator, Sales Manager, and Division Vice Presidents.
Responsibilities
- Utilize our lead generation platform to upload qualified leads into the New Business Development Manager’s CRM tool
- Work cross-functionally with each of the Wholesale and Retail Divisions
- Will work with the Marketing Coordinator to identify leads that coincide with strategic marketing campaigns
- Works in conjunction with outside sales team to identify areas of opportunity
- Attend quarterly reviews with the sales teams
- Achieve KPI metrics that align with the Lead Generation’s goals
- Weekly one-on-ones with the VP – Sales Operations to review new business, goal tracking, and any other opportunities within the Wholesale Division
