We are adding a Service Coordinator to our Northwood team. This position plays an important part in keeping our service department organized, our technicians productive and our customers up to date. Candidates with HVAC industry experience are especially encouraged to apply.

The Service Coordinator manages the flow of daily service activity, working closely with technicians, customers and department managers. From adjusting technician schedules to coordinating return visits and communicating lead times, this role helps ensure service calls stay on track from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and adjust daily schedules for Service Technicians
• Dispatch technicians as current service calls are completed
• Schedule return visits with customers when parts become available
• Maintain accurate customer information in the company database
• Communicate schedules and requested lead times with customers and internal teams
• Keep department managers and employees informed of scheduling updates
• Provide customers with timely information regarding service schedules
• Adapt to changing priorities while keeping technicians and customers informed

Schedule:Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

• Experience in dispatching, customer service or project management preferred
• 3 years of dispatching experience preferred
• Working knowledge of the HVAC industry is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or GED
• Two years of related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
