General Summary:
This Automotive Support Associate position is responsible for all aspects of managing the Ford Performance Parts vehicle fleet, currently consisting of 70 vehicles. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with the fleet management process, along with the systems and forms used by Ford, will possess strong project management and people skills, attention to detail, and a friendly and professional demeanor.
Basic knowledge of vehicles and vehicle sub-systems is required, while technical knowledge of engines, drivelines and suspensions, and a strong familiarity with Ford Mustang and other Ford performance vehicles, would be a plus. This role requires comfort with both online and phone interactions, and involves providing timely responses and resolutions to customer inquiries.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule vehicles for use by FPP and Vehicle Personalization (VP) employees.
- Ensure vehicle keys are accounted for and provided to persons who sign out a vehicle.
- Field requests for vehicle usage from outside groups.
- Locate vehicles owned by outside groups for FPP usage.
- Maintain Fleet Management System (FMS) access for employees and complete manual sign-outs for employees without FMS access.
- Write drive letters and secure management sign-off.
- Manage bailment documents/agreements to various outside companies.
- Manage pickup and delivery of vehicles.
- License plate/registration/taxes management for vehicles.
- Coordinate vehicle orders with Engineering, Planning and Marketing teams
- Schedule vehicle maintenance and parts upfits; perform minor vehicle maintenance.
- Assist in transporting of vehicles for engineering and other purposes.
- Schedule/perform inspection of new fleet vehicles.
- Ensure employees have correct certification/license for driving they are doing.
- Basic knowledge of vehicles and vehicle sub-systems, with hands-on experience
- Basic vehicle diagnostic knowledge
- Strong project management skills and experience, and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Self-motivated and a fast learner
- Proven ability to work effectively in a professional team environment
- Willing to work in various conditions—majority of time will be in-office, but outside work in all weather conditions will be required at times
- Light travel may be required. May involve weekend/evening hours and some physical activities, such as event support.

- Campbell Marketing & Communications currently operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring two in-office days per week, though more office days may be required dependent on program needs.
- This position will be based at a Ford office in Allen Park, Mich.
- Salary range starts at $46,500 annually – negotiable based on experience.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.
- This is a Michigan based/U.S. based role.
