We are seeking a Medical Assistant to support our dermatology clinic with a focus on Mohs micrographic surgery. This role involves hands-on patient care, surgical assistance, and clinic support.
No dermatology experience required — we are happy to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for exams and procedures
- Assist during Mohs surgeries
- Perform wound care and suture removal
- Support providers with clinical workflows
- Document in the EMR
- Set up rooms and sterilize instruments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Medical Assistant certification or training (preferred but not required)
- Prior dermatology or surgical experience is a plus, but not required
