SALARY: Starting at $30,000

SUMMARY:

Performs diversified administrative, secretarial and clerical duties and responsibilities, demanding the use of numerous and various types of procedures. Problems encountered range from routine to difficult in nature.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• First point of contact for taxpayers.
• Responsible for collection of taxes, fees and other county revenue.
• Daily balance of cash drawer.
• Assists public with a variety of problems and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner in person, via telephone and electronic media.
• Processes daily incoming mail.
