Position Details

Time Frame: January 1, 2026 – until a permanent Director of Schools is hired

Compensation: Based on the Board pay scale, plus Director of Schools supplement

Eligibility: Applicants must meet all qualifications as outlined in Board policy 5.802

If the selected candidate is a current Campbell County Schools employee, they will be permitted to return to their previous position upon conclusion of the interim assignment.

The individual serving as Interim Director of Schools will not be eligible to apply for the permanent Director of Schools position.
