Marching Band - Percussion Instructor for 2026-27

This posting is hiring for six (6) positions

TITLE:  PERCUSSION INSTRUCTOR                                                  Job Code: 

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Certified employee of Campbell County Schools.
2. Experience in high school and/or drum corps.
3. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable.

REPORTS TO:          Band Director

SUPERVISES:           Band Students

JOB GOAL:               To provide leadership, coordination, and instruction of percussion

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist band director in the instruction of all percussion activities and practices per approved schedule from the band director. 

1. Teach and refine the percussion music and techniques.

1. Provide after school practices per approved schedule from the band director.

1. Other duties as assigned.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:    Work schedule to be established between July and October. (See Board approved scheduling.)

                                             Salary as established by the Board of Education.
