ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In the role, you will get to:
· Work with an inspiring team
· Perform initial and ongoing assessments of community health needs
· Work with the Campbell County Health Council and other health coalitions to develop resources and strategies to meet assessed health needs
· Utilize knowledge and training to implement evidenced based health education and programs in creative ways to reach target populations in the community
· Assist with the design and delivery of relevant in-service training programs for health department employees. Teachers, and other professionals
· Provide community health related activities offsite
