Job Summary
The Marketing Intern will work under the supervision of the Director of Marketing and Communications. The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing and Communications team and collaborates with internal departments to support communication efforts across web, social media, email, and other marketing channels. This position assists with content development, scheduling, research, and performance tracking while ensuring alignment with organizational branding and compliance standards.
This internship will also offer exposure to healthcare operations and leadership. The intern will have opportunities to collaborate with organizational leaders to better understand system processes, clinical service lines, and the broader healthcare environment to support long-term interest in healthcare administration and leadership.

Essential Functions
- Assist in development and execution of marketing campaigns and communications
- Create, schedule, and manage content for social media, email, web, and internal platforms
- Support writing and editing of marketing materials, including web content, newsletters, and promotional pieces
- Assist with website updates and basic SEO optimization efforts
- Support event planning, coordination, and promotional activities
- Collaborate with internal departments and leadership
- Assist creative team with development of branded materials and campaigns
- Provide project support to the marketing team as needed
- Maintain compliance with CCH policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
- Participate in meetings with leadership to gain exposure to healthcare operations, service line structure, and organizational processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Education
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Interest in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, leadership, or organizational operations strongly preferred
- Experience
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or social media platforms preferred Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, SEO) preferred
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Interest in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, leadership, or organizational operations strongly preferred
