Key Responsibilities
• Plans and delivers professional nursing care to patients
• Performs patient assessment and documents in the patient record
• Observes patients and reports unusual conditions and reactions to the provider
• Assists with appointment readiness, follow-up appointments, check-ins, and calls pharmacies to obtain current home medication lists, as needed
• Assists with patient and family teaching regarding current health status, plan of care, and anticipated outcomes
• Provides service excellence to all customers
Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Wyoming LPN license
• One year or more of experience in Medical/Surgical and Psychiatric Nursing preferred
