About the Role
Campbell Caron has been a fixture in West Michigan property management for over 30 years, working across manufactured home communities. We're looking for an experienced home rehab technician to take on one of the most rewarding parts of our business, transforming homes into places people are proud to live in. What You'll Do
As a part of a team, you'll take homes in need of renovation and rebuild them into finished, sellable properties. That means flooring, drywall, painting, trim, and the everyday problem-solving that comes with home renovation. You'll work independently on projects from start to finish, and you'll take real pride in transforming a home into something beautiful.
What We're Looking For
● Hands-on rehab or remodeling experience (required)
● Flooring installation experience
● Drywall finishing skills
● Comfort with electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry/trim work
● Knowledge of manufactured homes is a big plus
● Painting and finish work experience
● A reliable, detail-oriented person who takes pride in a finished product
