General Description of the Role
This position is responsible for general administrative duties for the Lawrenceburg Packaging site. The main focus of this role is to oversee timely and accurate data entry for all production orders. This role will also be responsible for organizing all files and storage management to meet governing body regulations. In addition, this role will have an end-to-end process understanding of our business to help reconcile inventories of both finished and liquid goods within our SAP system.

Key Responsibilities and Activities
- Review and update routings and other critical manufacturing parameters in ERP software
- Enter daily production order data into internal Campari Traceability System (CTS) / SAP in accordance to TTB regulatory requirements.
- Responsibility to ensure SAP postprocessing records (i.e. COGI) errors are corrected in a timely manner.
- Create various purchase orders for items needed in the packaging department.
- Orders and retrieves food for department meetings
- TECO orders when orders are completed and log data from the bill of materials.
- Responsible for shipment of various items/materials to vendors or contractors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with TTB for liquid consumptions to orders
- Coordinate the L5 single barrel process with relevant stakeholders and barrel data entry.
- Edit master data in accordance with company and TTB requirements
- Conducts monthly filter inventory audits. Analyzes filter consumption vs. cost to achieve productivity in filter consumption. Filter reordering.
- Perform Month End write offs based on inventory reconciliation performed by production analyst
- Provides support to internal and external audit processes as required, including production schedules, process documentation and other information/ data.
- Identifies risks and opportunities to business performance in manufacturing and communicates same to the leadership.
- Conduct observations and collect data on key issues inhibiting performance
- Assist with Focus Improvement Projects to improve the Manufacturing Operations
- Assist in identifying bottlenecks in work processes
- Compile data for manufacturing reports
- Performs any other related duties, which may be assigned from time to time.

- Manufacturing experience of 3 years
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement within processes.
