This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role embedded directly with our team.
This role combines videography, content production, and social media execution into one position.

You’ll follow our leadership team and crews day-to-day — documenting installs for how-to style videos, shop workflows to showcase craftmanship, team conversations, and meetings to document the real-time modernization of a legacy company, and real business decisions that have lasting impact on the brand and it's people — then turning that into long-form YouTube content and daily short-form media.
- Film installs, shop operations, meetings, and field work
- Produce and edit long-form YouTube videos
- Capture real moments — not staged marketing content
- Maintain a consistent production cadence
- Capture vertical content
- Post across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Turn long-form content into clips that compound reach
- Engage with comments and community interactions
- Help build the visual archive of Campanella Fence
- Maintain brand standards and professionalism
