Day in the Life
- Conduct structured research and analysis to support Life Sciences consulting engagements, with a focus on healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., Commercial, Medical, Access, R&D).
- Support the development of client-ready deliverables by synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights related to business strategy, operating models, data & digital initiatives, and transformation programs.
- Apply data analysis and visualization techniques to help derive insights, identify patterns, and support decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with our consulting teams, contributing to cross-functional project work.
- Participate in project team meetings and workshops, supporting the preparation of materials, documentation of outcomes, and formulation of client recommendations.
- Contribute to internal initiatives such as proposal development, thought leadership (e.g., point-of-view creation), knowledge management, or operational improvements to support the growth of our U.S. practice.

Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex topics and synthesize insights.
- Clear and professional communication skills; ability to articulate ideas effectively in written and verbal English.
- Interest in management consulting, transformation programs, and innovation within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and partially ambiguous environment.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, take ownership, and contribute beyond assigned tasks.
- Prior internship or work experience in consulting, healthcare, life sciences, technology, or a related field is a plus.
- Full-time availability for 12 weeks minimum, 6 months preferred
