Job Description
Campana’s Comfort Solutions is a growing, family-owned HVAC company looking for a Lead Installer experienced in residential changeouts, new construction rough-ins, ductwork layout, and light commercial work.
We are looking for someone who can run jobs, lead helpers, and take pride in clean, professional installs. This is a long-term position with opportunity to grow with our company as we continue to expand.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC system installs
- Residential changeouts (split systems & package units)
- New construction rough-ins
- Duct system layout and installation
- Build duct boxes and install trunk lines and flex
- Set equipment and complete installs
- Read plans and layout systems
- Supervise helpers and keep jobs moving
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Communicate with office and customers when needed
Requirements
- HVAC install experience required
- Lead installer experience preferred
- Experience with ductwork and rough-ins
- Ability to run a job and lead helpers
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Good attitude and dependable
- Takes pride in quality work
