Role Description
This full-time, on-site role located in Livingston, NJ, requires a dedicated Technical Manager. The Technical Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of technical projects, provide technical support and manage development activities. Responsibilities include ensuring project completion on time and within budget, maintaining high standards of technical quality, and delivering superior customer support and training.
Qualifications
- Experience in the packaging machinery field is mandatory with focus on secondary packaging and mechanic cartoners
- Technical Support experience to provide top-notch customer assistance and resolve technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Livingston, NJ
- Availability to travel and carry out technical assistance at customers' sites
